Where can I find information about the product?

In the product information and under the heading description you can find important information about the fit, material and washing instructions of the product. Do you have any further questions? Start a chat with one of our colleagues.

Where can I find a size chart?

Curious about which size is best to order? When you click on an article, you can click on “size guide” above the indicated sizes. A size chart will appear with measurement instructions. If the fit differs, this will be stated in the product description of the relevant product.

The product is sold out, will it still be available on your website?

Due to the unique collections that are produced in limited editions, it happens that items are sold out (quickly). As soon as an item comes back in stock, we will adjust the stock directly on the webshop. Therefore, always keep a close eye on our Online Boutique and sign up for the newsletter to always be the first to know.

How do I place an order?

Choose your item, then choose the right size and then click on 'Add to shopping cart'. The product is now placed in your shopping cart. If your shopping cart is completely to your liking, you can complete the order. Follow all steps to place your order. After your order has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email. If you order before 3:00 PM on working days, the order will be shipped the same day. During the (sample) sale, your package may be sent a little later than you are used to from us.

If you forget to enter a possible discount code, it is unfortunately not possible to settle the discount after payment.

Which payment methods can I choose?

We work with different payment methods. This makes it possible to place an order from both the Netherlands and abroad. Our payment options are: iDeal, Visa & Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Lofty Manner Giftcard.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship our items for free within the Netherlands with orders from €100. For orders under €100, the shipping costs are €4.95. The shipping costs for abroad are visible when you select the relevant country when paying.

Where's my order?

If you order on working days before 3:00 PM, we will send your package the same day! The shipping confirmation you will receive contains your tracking number with which you can track your order. Have you not yet received a shipping confirmation from us? Send an email to webshop@loftymanner.com . We will then check it for you as soon as possible.


If you are not at home to receive the package, the carrier will leave a note with information about how and where you can pick up the package. It is also possible that the delivery person will try a second time to deliver your package.


If you have not received your order within three working days, please contact our customer service. We will then find out the status of your order for you as soon as possible.

Please note: during the (sample) sale, your package may be sent a little later than you are used to from us.

How can I exchange or return an item?

Is the article not quite what you had in mind? It is possible to return the item within 30 days from the invoice date. Under the heading exchange & return you can find the steps for returning your item.

Please note: during the Online Sample Sale an item cannot be exchanged (for a different size).

My item is damaged, incorrectly delivered or incomplete, what should I do?

We are very sorry that you have a complaint about an item delivered by us. First send us an email to webshop@loftymanner.com before you return the item. We try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

Please note: an item cannot be exchanged during the Online Sample Sale. You can, however, return the item within 14 days of receipt.

I have returned my order, but have not yet received a credit note.

No problem. Then we have not yet received or processed your order. Once we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by email.

You will receive a confirmation from Returnista as soon as you have successfully registered your return. When your package has reached our warehouse, it will take a maximum of 5 working days for us to process your return. If the return shipment meets the return conditions, we will use the refund. Please note that the processing of an iDeal transaction can take up to 5 working days before it is processed. For credit card transactions, this is a maximum of 10 working days.

What about a refund of the purchase amount?

If the delivered item is not entirely to your liking, there is the option to return the item within 30 days. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account. With the return you can choose a replacement item or a refund of the purchase price.

Hoe kan ik mij aanmelden?

Je kunt je aanmelden door hier een account aan te maken. Door Zodra het verwerkt is, ontvang je direct 250 punten als dank voor je aanmelding.

Waar kan ik mijn punten vinden?

Je kunt de punten vinden door je in te loggen op jouw memberprogramma account. Dat kan hier. Je ziet je gespaarde punten meteen bovenaan de pagina staan.

Hoe lang zijn mijn punten geldig?

Jouw gespaarden punten zijn 12 maanden geldig. Zorg er dus voor dat je je punten op tijd inwisselt voor een voucher.

Ik heb een voucher aangevraagd, hoe lang is deze geldig?

Een voucher is 12 maanden geldig. Als je de voucher hebt aangevraagd ontvang je deze per mail of je kunt deze terugvinden in jouw memberprogramma account.

Ik heb mijn voucher nog niet ontvangen wat nu?

Het kan wel eens gebeuren dat de voucher niet in de mail terecht komt, onze excuses hiervoor. Je kunt dan inloggen op jouw memberprogramma account. Bij jouw beloningen kun je de voucher vinden. Mocht je er niet uitkomen kun je altijd contact opnemen met onze klantenservice via webshop@loftymanner.com of bellen naar 020- 737 09 68.

Ik heb mijn bestelling geretourneerd. Krijg ik nu mijn punten terug?

Zodra je je spaarpunten inzet voor een voucher, komen deze te vervallen. Zodra je een bestelling retourneert waarbij je voucher hebt ingeleverd, krijg je deze niet als nieuwe voucher of in geld retour. Tijdens het retourneren valt dit.

Hoe kan ik me afmelden?

Het is mogelijk om je af te melden voor The Lofty Loyalty Club. Je kunt een verzoek indienen voor het volledig verwijderen van jouw gegevens uit de Lofty Manner database. Hiervoor kun je contact op nemen met de klantenservice via webshop@loftymanner.com.
